UNDER THE WEATHER

Aloha! Well Jackie and I both have been a little off our feed today...must be a bug going around. We have spent the better part of the day either in front of the tv or napping. We did find the energy to go to the postoffice and stopped by the Subway for sandwiches on the way home. We continued to watch tv and nap most of the afternoon. Real exciting day, huh? I know I feel much better this evening and Jackie says she does also. Her eyes do have a little more of a sparkle so guess I can take her word for it! Think this evening we will play a few cards and listen to the radio. Have you ever checked out the Pandora radio site on the internet? It's really neat...you just tell them what song or band you want to listen to and they will play it or something close to it and its all commercial free at no cost to you. The first photo is a moorish idol. These fish are really colorful and are normally seen by themselves. They resemble a butterflyfish but are in a family all of their own. The next photo is the Hawaii state fish...the humuhumunukunuku'apua'a. It is in the triggerfish family. The last photo is a teardrop butterflyfish. They are normally paired or in a small school but we found this guy hanging by himself. There was a small group close by but this guy stayed mostly by himself...he was probably a teenager and didn't want to be seen with his parents!
