GARDEN PICTURES

Aloha! Well Jackie and I have had another wonderful day here on Kauai. We drove into Lihue this morning to get the oil changed and the safety inspection sticker renewed on Cory's car. While we were waiting for them to do that we walked down to McDonalds for a cup of coffee and a breakfast burrito. It's so nice being able to just relax and not have to worry about how long something takes or worry about how many things you have to cram into your day! We were able to just sit down and enjoy our coffee and talkstory...one of the many perks of being retired. Jackie and I have been watching tv this afternoon. Looks like Ike is going to bring a lot a lot of misery to Texas. Hope everyone there is prepared and as ready as they can get. We decided to post a few pictures of our garden. We took them yesterday.
