TEARDROP BUTTERFLYFISH

Aloha! Well we got back in the water this morning and so far our new camera is still watertight! After the problems of the last ones it makes a person a little nervous but if its going to leak better for it to do it while its still under warranty! We shot a few video clips of a teardrop butterflyfish. This is still a juvenile and the only one we have seen at Anini. We have seen a few at Tunnels and some at PK's but only this small one at Anini. We have been seeing him for the last couple of weeks and always in the same area of the reef. Jackie is warming us up some bagel bites for lunch and we will probally head back to the beach or maybe to Hanalei after we eat. They are putting in a new solar hot water heater and we will be without water for awhile. Hope you like the clip. It is about 8 seconds long and filmed at 30 frames a second. We think it is better than what the old camera did but no sound. I'm thinking I might shoot a clip using out of water movie just to see how it turns out.
