local links info

Aloha! Jackie and I figured out how to put a few links on our blog that we thought you might get a kick out of. If you want to check-out the Garden Island, thats our local newspaper, its updated every day. Some times it can take a minute or two to download but loads pretty fast most of the time. If you look in the upper left hand corner just under the forecast you will see a link for daily ocean reports. If you click on that it will take you to a page called the Kauai Explorer. Across the top of this page there are three buttons labeled Trails, Beaches and the one you are on, Ocean Reports. If you click on these buttons it will take you to a page with photos and a short description of most of the beaches and trails on Kauai. The link for Blue Hawaii helicopter tours is probably our favorite site. It is packed full of pictures and video of all the islands. It is a very good site to spend some time just looking and dreaming! The rest of the links are pretty self-explanatory. We just wanted to tell you about the daily ocean reports link as we had been reading the paper for a month or so before we noticed it!
