Aloha! We put together this little slideshow of Mom's visit and wanted to share it with all of you. It's about 5 minutes long and has Bruddah Iz's Somewhere over the rainbow/What a wonderful world as back ground music. Wish we could have put some of Don Ho's music with it as thats Mom's favorite hawaiian performer. Don Ho had passed away just before Mom's visit and we were able to watch an hour long special of his memorial that aired here on local tv with Mom. That will always be a special memory as was her entire trip. Don't think we will ever be able to thank my sisters Tommie and Ruby enough for making that trip possible so thanks again!

- Jackie and I retired in October of 2006. Jackie after 15 years as a veterinary technician for Prosser Animal Hospital, Carl after 30 years as a leadman for Kenyon Zero Storage. Our last day on the job was on a Friday and we were on the plane heading to Kauai Saturday.

The slide show is awesome! What fun we had on our trip. I am so glad that we were able to do it. It was really a blessing from God! Mom's lifelong dream of a visit to Hawaii came true, you guys were so good to take us around and show us the sights. I will always be grateful for that. I LOVE you guys.

Love the slide show it brings back a lot of great mememories. Mom still talks about the trip and shows the pictures to everyone. So glad Tommie and I were able to take her to Hawaii. God is so good!!!
