Aloha! Jackie and I have been enjoying a very nice day...temp in the low 80's with light trades and sunny skies. We decided to go to Anini a bit earlier this morning than we have been going the conditions were almost perfect. We didn't see as many fish as yesterday but you can't expect to have that kind of luck everytime. If I can talk Jackie into spending the gas we will probally head back to Anini after I get this posted! It has been awhile since we have gone to the beach twice in one day but heck we're retired...we can do what we want, right? The video I posted was taken yesterday. It shows a longnose butterflyfish. This guy is not real big, about 4 or 5 inches maybe, its kind of hard to tell. This was the first time I was able to get his picture. We had caught a glimpse of him last week but he retreated back into the coral and wouldn't come out! We were also able to capture a moorish idol flaring his fin out. We had seen them do it before but never when I was ready catch it on film!
