Aloha! It was raining this morning so Jackie and I thought it would be a good time to get our shopping out of the way. We try to limit our trips in to town with our goal being one trip a month into Costco and Walmart and maybe two trips into Princeville. So far in the 3 years of living here I can't recall ever reaching our goal! I'm sure that this month will be no different as I just remembered we need to change the oil in the car. Of course we drove right by the place twice today and you would have thought that little nagging voice in my head would have said something but I guess Jackie forgot about it also! The video I posted today is of a great barracuda. We shot this on Friday...this guy was about 15 feet from shore in water about knee deep. This spot is where a lot of people wade and let their keiki play in the water as it is one of the few places at Anini where the sand extends out and you don't have to worry about stepping on a lot of rocks. I guess all you need to worry about is a barracuda swimming between your legs!
