Aloha! It has been overcast on Kauai today...at least it has been on the north shore. The weathermen where predicting heavy rains for this afternoon even going so far as issuing a flashflood warning for the entire state but so far all we have seen are the clouds. It was nice enough this morning for Jackie and I to go snorkeling. The water conditions weren't the greatest as the visiblty was a little lacking but we have gone out in much worse! We did manage to get a pretty good snorkel in as we ventured well out beyond the buoy. The fish weren't real cooperative on this snorkel with about the most exciting thing being a short glimpse of a snowflake eel and a brief swim with a small honu! I went back thru some of our old photos for todays post as todays snorkel pics weren't real hot and the only other thing I had to take a picture of would have been Jackie playing on her computer!
