Aloha! Jackie and I thought that the title of Mr. Bilbo Baggins book would be an apt description for what we have been up to for the last few days. We have been busy running Cory's car from one mechanic to another. Monday we picked his car up from Kevins Automotive Repair. They had to replace the rear brakes and also an idler arm in the front suspension. They did a real nice job on his car, only problem, they don't have an alignment machine. So today we had to take his car to Sears so they could do that for us. Between the two of them they have Cory's car driving like a new one and that was why it was so hard to give Cory his keys back! Today I tried to convince him that since I put gas in his car I should be able to keep his car at least until that gas is gone. He was very quick to point out that he had given me the money for the gas and that logic had never worked for him when our roles were reversed so Jackie and I were forced to hand over the keys so he could go to work! We decided that since Cory had ruined our plans of cruising we would go to the beach instead.
